Within our school, we wish to promote an atmosphere which encourages effort, enjoyment and a celebration of the achievements of all our pupils. The school’s concern about these high standards is also reflected in the pride we take in our school uniform and the feeling of belonging it creates.
Uniform
In order to maintain a strong sense of identity and belonging within our school, we require all pupils to wear school uniform, which consists of:
- Blue sweatshirt or cardigan (* Year 6 pupils wear a purple sweatshirt)
- Blue polo shirt
- Grey or black trousers – no jeans
- Grey or black skirt
- Grey pinafore
- Black, flat, sensible, safe, closed-toe shoes
- Grey socks or tights
- Summer Options
- Grey or black shorts
- Blue gingham dresses – blue (white socks are acceptable for summer uniform)
- Any cap to protect yourself from the sun
PE Kit (to be worn on PE days instead of the usual uniform as above)
- Navy blue T-shirt
- Navy blue shorts
- School sweatshirt
- Black or dark blue/navy thick leggings/jog pants
- Sports socks
- Black plain trainers
Jewellery
Jewellery is not permitted in school. Plain watches may be worn.
Make-Up
No make-up or nail varnish should be worn.
